The Administrator of your personal data is Katarzyna Gajek-Szczepanowska, conducting business activity under the name of ASPIRE, with the seat in Warsaw (02-765), Al. Wilanowska 93 lok 36, entered in the register of business activities kept by Office of the Commune of Warsaw for the Ursynów District under the number 410024, holder of (NIP) Taxpayer Reference Number: 526-207-19-72, (hereinafter referred to as “Administrator”).

Purpose of processing: Performance of the contract

Scope of data: Name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address, number and series of an ID card or passport number or PESEL. Provision of services provided by the Administrator pursuant to Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR.

Duration of the processing: Data is processed until the end of the contract and then archived for the purpose of establishing, investigating or defending legal claims for the period of time provided for by law for these type of claims. Recipients of the data: For a limited amount of time, we transfer personal data to our employees, suppliers (for e.g. telephone number, name and surname) or to companies working with us in the field of IT, accounting or legal services. Employees and companies providing services for the Administrator are granted access to the personal data only for the purpose of the process implementation.

Purpose of processing: Consideration of complaints

Scope of data: Name, surname, phone number, e-mail address. Depending on how much data you share with us or how much data we have about you in our system, we can provide you with support, consider a problem or complaint.

The legitimate interest of the Administrator consists of providing support, consideration of a problem or complaint in connection with the implementation of the services. Processing period: The data is processed until the complaint process is completed and then archived for the purpose of establishing, investigating or defending legal claims for the period of time provided for by law for these type of claims. Recipients of the data: For a limited amount of time, we transfer personal data to our employees, suppliers (for e.g. telephone number, name and surname) or to companies working with us in the field of IT, accounting or legal services. Employees and companies providing services for the Administrator are granted access to the personal data only for the purpose of the process implementation.

Purpose of processing: Sending an offer

Scope of data: Name, surname, phone number, e-mail address. You may provide us with additional data should it be needed to prepare an offer. 

Provision of services provided by the Administrator pursuant to Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR.

Duration of the processing: Data is processed up to 12 months or until the consent is withdrawn, however after its withdrawal information concerning its provision as well as information concerning its withdrawal and data provided by the data subject is archived for the purpose of establishing, investigating or defending legal claims for the period of time provided for by law for these type of claims.
