Months pass by, but we and our guests constantly (and constantly!) keep on remembering how fun, romantic and colorful our wedding was! It was really challenging to plan our wedding weekend. We are a multicultural family and we wanted everyone to have wonderful memories not just of the wedding itself but of the whole stay in Poland. We live in the States, so Kasia and I had to manage many tasks by email or phone. Kasia was only one call away and was a really good listener. She analyzes expectations flawlessly and thanks to her extensive experience as well as creativity she is really resourceful and full of incredible ideas. After a few initial consultations, she knew our expectations, what we did or did not like. She provided tailor-made wedding services and solutions. Choosing a venue, invitations, decorations, photographers, buffets, wedding cake was a pleasure, not an organizational challenge. Aspire saved us a lot of nerves associated with wedding planning, but at the same time, we could create, make choices and participate in everything to the extent we wanted to. Most importantly, during the wedding itself, we were able to enjoy our day and our loved ones. We felt so comfortable knowing that the Aspire team kept everything running smooth, discreetly watching over the entire event. During weddings, there are often minor problems and one has to "call the bride”. It’s not the right kind of music, it's too cold, red wine is missing, one aunt does not want to sit next to another aunt, the soup is not served on time... Fortunately, we’re not familiar with any of these dilemmas, we had a fabulous time at our own wedding! And so did our guests! We would like to thank Kasia and the entire Aspire team from the bottom of our hearts for the ideas, inspirations, planning and all the work that went into making this day go beyond our wildest dreams!

A little by chance, a little by recommendation we found Kasia. It was her only free weekend in August. And we planned a wedding party in 2 months (from an engagement to the wedding)! Kasia held our hand through the whole planning process when we believed that we had thought about everything. Kasia was always two steps ahead of us and her experience allowed us to prevent any oversight.

I would definitely recommend working with Aspire. I was impressed with their vast experience, know-how and market knowledge. The girls are able to meet any requirements and expectations of even the most demanding client. In our case, Aspire took over the planning of our wedding 3 months before the Big Day, after another agency, which in my opinion is an additionally difficult task.

Earlier, someone wrote in the comments section that they had problems with contacting the agency after signing the contract despite the approaching deadline. From my experience (and I am a very impatient person and a control-freak) I can say that there were periods of time when the girls contacted me less often, but usually it had to do with some other, upcoming event. However, despite this, the girls have had all things under control and they manage to plan/book many things, without sending their clients countless emails with a million questions every time a problem arises, (as was the case with the previous agency we hired). Just trust them, because they really know their line of work.

For me, hiring the Aspire agency was a huge relief. Apart from the entire planning process and the things that needed to be coordinated together, it was above all their contribution and effort put into our wedding that allowed us to fully enjoy this day, instead of worrying about "what’s next in the script..." or stress out that something has not arrived or is not as we would like it to be. Thanks to Aspire, everything was planned with meticulous attention to detail, and the overall effect was a surprise even to us.
